Booking procedure:

1. Check current availability using the calendar above.
2. Check the rates for your preferred dates.
3. Submit a booking using the Booking Request Form, or by contacting our booking officer (1800 653 749).

We require a deposit of 50 % to confirm the booking with the balance due at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival date. We offer a 5 % discount for full payment of accommodation (or the accommodation component of a package with lifts, lessons and/or hire) at least three months prior to arrival. Credit card payments can be arranged via our on-line Secure Payment submission.

Any changes or cancellations should be arranged by email.
