Booking Procedures

1. After checking availability above and the applicable rates for your preferred dates, either submit a Booking Request or telephone our booking officer (1800 653 749).

2. We require a deposit of 50 % to confirm the booking with the balance due at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival date. We offer a 5 % discount for full payment of accommodation (or the accommodation component of a package with lifts, lessons &/or hire) at least three months prior to arrival. Credit card payments can be arranged via our on-line Secure Payment submission.

3. Any changes or cancellations should be arranged by email.

Winter Bookings

(June – October)

For winter bookings, our resident manager will arrange continental breakfasts for all guests (7.30 – 9.30 am), an optional linen service is available by arrangement (for a small fee) and group catering is also available. Laundry facilities are available for guest use at any time. During the winter season, there is a wide selection of on-mountain restaurants and a choice of four supermarkets. Summer Bookings

(October to May)

Food, Linen & Laundry: For summer bookings – guests and members must be fully self sufficient with all their food and linen requirements. While some non-perishable breakfast foods and condiments may be available, this cannot be guaranteed. No perishable foods will be supplied (such as milk or bread) – guests must arrange their own supplies. If required, group catering can usually be arranged by request (1800 653 749, at least 7 days notice required). Similarly for a linen and/or cleaning service (which is not normally supplied in summer), these can be separately quoted. Laundry facilities are available for guest use at any time.

On-mountain Services: The General (bar, bistro and supermarket) (5759 3523) is open daily from 10am until late. Zirky's cafe (5759 3542) is open daily (except public holidays) 9am – 3pm. At Dinner Plain (a short 10 km drive, picturesque alpine walk or cycle) a wide choice is available including Brandy Creek, Cilantro, Dinner Plain Hotel, High Plains Hotel, Onsen Retreat & Spa and Rundells Alpine Lodge.

Summer Booking Rates: Guests $30/night, children $15/night or $90/night per exclusive room (7 nights/week). Minimum booking to open lodge for non-members: $90/night. Please note these rates are current as at January 2010, are applicable until the 10^th June 2010, but subject to change without notice.
