Payments: via our on-line Secure Payment submission for credit cards (Mastercard & Visa), for any accommodation or lift packages (either deposits or balances).
All rates above are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Payments can be optionally made via internet banking direct transfer (please contact us for the details), however we recommend paying via credit card. With direct bank transfer, there are fewer system checks - banks will transfer to the entered number without cross checking other details (inc typing errors) and payments don't automatically indicate their source, hence we are reliant on the payer manually entering this with their transfer. Never disclose credit card details via an email.

To secure your booking a 50 % deposit is to be paid within one week of booking. The balance is due and payable one month prior to your stay.
A full refund (or optional credit against future bookings) will be available for all pre-paid accommodation and any lift packages if there is 'no snow', defined as insufficient snow for at least 3 lifts to operate and you decide to cancel at least 2 days before your scheduled arrival.

Mid week prices shown are the total cost for staying 5 nights (per person) and are inclusive of a continental breakfast and the use of all lodge facilities.
Weekend prices shown are the total cost for 2 nights (per person) and also include a continental breakfast and all lodge facilities.
Rates for alternative periods of stay (single nights or split mid-week) are available on request.
Bookings are normally for shared rooms and all our rooms accommodate at least four people. Where a booking is for less than a full room, we offer an optional upgrade to an exclusive room, on request.
Our child accommodation rates apply to year 12 or age 18. Infants are free unless requiring a full bed. A portable cot is available at $5 per night.
Guests can choose to supply their own linen or for a small fee ($10/bed/weekend or $20/bed/week), a linen service is available. Our bed sizes are either standard double or standard single. A laundry is available for guest use. Similarly for provisions, guests can either bring their own, purchase from a choice of four on-mountain supermarkets or enjoy the convenience of a wide selection of village restaurants. In-lodge group catering services are available on request.
